The DyNA Quant 200 fluorometer is designed specifically for the accurate quantification of small-volume samples with low DNA concentrations using the Hoechst 33258 dye. The dye binds preferentially to double-stranded DNA, thus allowing accurate quantification even in the presence of RNA, proteins and/or nucleotides and in cell lysates. |
