Spinal Angioma
62 year-old female with upper spine pain. Chest X-ray revealed only a small non-significant lesion. Whole body bone scan was normal. Chest SPECT/CT scan revealed a focal tracer uptake in the thoracic spine, perfectly correlated with a dense lesion visible in the vertebral body on CT Hawkeye images. |
