This interbody device is a hollow threaded cylinder with fenestrations for bone-to-bone contact and promotes spinal fusion by producing an optimal fusion environment. The Ray TFC is indicated for use with autogenous bone graft in patients with degenerative disc disease at levels S1 through L2 (one or two levels) and in cases of Grade 1 Spondylolisthesis. Degenerative Disc Disease (DDD) is defined as back pain of discogenic origin with degeneration of the disc confirmed by history and radiographic studies. These patients should be skeletally mature and have six months of nonoperative therapy.
