After an accurate lubrication of the anal margin the Circular Anal Dilator (CAD33), with the obturator in place, is introduced with the aid of short rotary movements (clockwise and anti-clockwise).The introduction of the CAD33 causes the reduction of the prolapse, the anoderm and parts of the rectal mucosa.
