LiNA Medical was founded under the name Nikomed by the present owner and Chairman Niels Kornerup.
1998
Part of the business and the name Nikomed was sold and the company name was changed to LiNA Medical.
2005
Søren Kornerup takes over the position as Managing Director.
LiNA Medical opens a manufacturing unit in Poznan, Poland.
Today LiNA Medical focus entirely on developing, manufacturing and marketing of medical devices for the operating room with focus on the following departments:
* Gynaecology
* General Surgery
* Obstetrics
* Urology
* Orthopaedics
